What is Lyssna Labs?
Lyssna Labs is a way for you to explore features we’re actively developing and testing. These features haven’t been officially released yet, but you can try them out early and let us know what works or what could be better. Your input helps us fine-tune each feature to better meet your needs before launch.
Labs features are still being refined, but we aim to maintain a high standard of quality. You might encounter the occasional quirk, but your feedback helps us make things better!
How to manage your Labs access
All Lyssna workspaces are automatically enrolled in Lyssna Labs. That means you’ll get early access to any experimental features we’re testing by default.
If you’d prefer not to use Labs features, you can opt out at any time:
Go to Settings in your Lyssna workspace.
Select Feature access.
Toggle off Lyssna Labs to disable access to experimental features.

How can I tell which features are part of Lyssna Labs?
Lyssna Labs features are clearly marked with a purple "Labs" badge that appears alongside the feature name in the interface. You’ll also see a banner on the feature indicating that it is in development.
Can I share feedback about Labs features?
Yes! Each Lyssna Labs feature includes a feedback banner. Clicking the feedback button will open a chat with our support team, who will answer any questions and make sure your feedback reaches the product team.
