Your Usage report gives your team a complete view of your activity across your Lyssna account. It combines information from studies, credits, and team activity into a single, easy-to-read dashboard.
Teams can use it to:
• Track research activity across their organization
• Monitor credit usage and allocations
• Evaluate how actively each team member is using Lyssna
• Export summaries for record-keeping or internal reporting
Usage reports are only available on Enterprise plans. If you’re interested in upgrading, book a demo with our sales team.
The report includes three tabs: Studies, Credits, and Team, each showing a different aspect of account usage.
To access it, go to Settings → Usage report from your dashboard.
Studies tab
The Studies tab provides insights into all studies created during a selected time period. By default, the time period is set to This year and grouping set to Month, but you can adjust these filters to view a snapshot of your usage during longer or much shorter periods as needed. You can also add additional filters to view by space, project, and users (shown by email).
If you change your filters, those changes reset when you leave and return to the page.
What you’ll see
Study summaries: A total count of tests and interview studies created, and a chart showing these totals broken down by your selected time frame and grouping.
Test responses received: A chart showing the full count of the total responses you have received on unmoderated tests during your selected period, also broken down by where those results came from (self-recruited, Lyssna panel, or external panel).
Interview sessions completed: A chart showing the total number of hosted interview sessions, also broken down by where responses came from (self-recruited, Lyssna panel, or external panel).
Test section by type: A graph showing a count of the test section types that were used across your unmoderated studies.

Credits tab
The Credits tab provides a breakdown of all credit activity for the same selected time period and filters.
If you’ve applied one or more filters while viewing the Studies tab, those filters are automatically applied on the Credits tab unless you reset the filters or refresh the page.
What you’ll see
Credit totals: The total number of credits added and spent during the selected period.
Credit usage: A chart comparing credit additions and spending trends.
Credit log: A detailed table showing all credit transactions, including:
Transaction date
Number of credits added or removed
Transaction description (e.g. order placed, transfer, or cancellation)
Space, project, and study (if applicable)
Study type and panel used (Lyssna or external)
The user who initiated the transaction
Number of participants involved
Team tab
The Team tab provides a historical summary of all of the current users on your account.
What you’ll see
A sortable list of all users, showing:
Name and email
Role (Admin, Editor, Viewer, or Archived)
The date they last used Lyssna
Total studies created
Total credits spent
The log will display your team members in alphabetical order by default, but you can sort the list by clicking any column name, offering a convenient way to organize your data.
Exporting reports
You can export any tab of the Usage report as a PDF. The Export button is located at the top-right corner of the page and remains visible on every tab.
When you click Export, Lyssna captures the full content of the current tab, including all charts and logs, and saves it as a formatted PDF that preserves the layout.
Each tab must be exported separately. To capture your entire report, export the Studies, Credits, and Team tabs individually.
