If you pay for our service via manual invoicing, here are the answers to some common questions that you may also have about our rebrand.

Will there be a change to your company name?

No, our company name will remain as UsabilityHub Pty Ltd. Our trading name is changing to Lyssna.

Will there be a change to your company address?

No. Our address remains as Level 4, 54 Wellington Street, Collingwood, Vic, 3066 Australia.

Will there be any changes to your bank name and address?

Our bank has had some recent minor changes. Please contact purchases@lyssna.com in order to obtain a copy of our Company Information form.

Will there be any changes to your bank account information?

All payments are still made to the account holder UsabilityHub. There are no changes to our ACH banking details for payments made inside the US.

For Wire Transfers made outside of the US, there has been an amendment to our Wire Routing Number. Please contact purchases@lyssna.com to obtain a copy of our Company Information form which has our new Wire Routing Number.

All currency remains in USD.

Are existing contracts we have in place still valid?

Yes, all existing contracts are still valid. Future contracts will include our trading name Lyssna.

What if I have an outstanding invoice with UsabilityHub?

No changes are required. Please continue to pay the invoice using the payment information on the invoice.

We require an updated Bank Verification Form, how do we access a new version?

Please send your requests to purchases@lyssna.com stating if you require a verification form for ACH bank details (payments made within the US) or for Wire Transfer.

Have your contact details changed?
