Sometimes credit card payments will fail with the message "Your credit card was declined."
Unfortunately, we are not given a specific reason. Often this is because we're an Australian company, and credit card issuers can mistake your purchase as a "suspicious overseas transaction."
Please call your credit card issuer and ask them to allow your purchase with us. Alternatively, you can try using a different credit card.
