Credits are used to order responses from the Lyssna panel.
Credits can be purchased on the go when ordering responses, or you can pre-purchase credits in bulk. When you pre-purchase, you and your collaborators can spend the balance of credits to order responses on tests at any time. Credits do not expire.
How to pre-purchase credits
1. Click Buy credits from the navigation bar in the top right corner of the app (if you have a balance of credits, you'll see that number here instead):
2. You can select an amount under Quick buy, or type in a custom amount. Your total will update based on the number of credits you enter, and any applicable bulk discounts will be added automatically.
Automatic top-up
If you need your team to do research but you're worried that the credits might not be there when they need it, you can set your account to automatically purchase credits with the top-up feature on the credit purchases page.
Once you click "Set up auto top-up" it will ask you how many credits to add when your account drops below the specified number of credits.
Once set, we will automatically make the credit purchase with the card linked to the account so that your team won't have to worry about manually making these purchases in the future. Bulk discounts apply to these purchases too!
Bulk credit discounts
Credits cost $1.00 USD each and are available at discounted rates when you pre-purchase 2500 or more.
These discounts apply whether you purchase credits while placing a response order or pre-purchase them to hold in your account balance. However, discounts only accrue within a single purchase, so if you intend to place a number of orders you may get a lower price by pre-purchasing your credits.
The current discounts we offer, which automatically apply when you purchase in bulk, are:

Common questions
I don't need the credits I've purchased anymore. Can I get a refund?
We'll happily return any unused credits remaining on your account within 90 days of purchase. All you need to do is send us a message from the chat console in the app or via email to support@lyssna.com.
Please note that refunds can only be requested by Editors, Admins, or Account Owners—not Viewers. Funds will be returned to the card on file and may take 5-10 business days to post in your account, depending on your financial institution.
