Updating or removing your credit card

Encountering subscription or payment errors can disrupt your experience with Lyssna. This guide provides step-by-step instructions to resolve these issues effectively.

How to update the credit card on file

Click the Settings option on the navigation bar towards the left of the dashboard page and select Plan & Billing.

Select Update card and add your new card's information.

How to remove the credit card on file

Select Remove card from the Plan & billing page to remove the stored credit card details. Just be aware that if you are on an active subscription, you will need to add a new card before your next billing date to avoid any disruption to your subscription access.

Confirm Remove card.
