Searching for tests and projects

Find tests, projects, spaces, and variation sets in your dashboard, including how to access your archived studies.

Written by Shane Keran

As your testing library grows, it can be challenging to find the specific test, project, or variation set you need. You can use the search bar at the top of the dashboard to find exactly what you need.

When you search for a keyword, you can now view results by test, moderated interview study, project, space, variation set, third-party study, or spaces, making it easier to narrow things down.

Filtering and sorting search results

On the search page, you can click + Add filter to further filter your search results.

  • Created and modified date: For example, 1 week ago, 2 months ago, etc.

  • Status: based on test order status, Waiting to launch, Recruiting, Complete

  • Author: Select individual or multiple authors from your team

  • Space: Filter tests based on the space they are contained in

  • Project: Select individual or multiple projects

  • Section type: Filter by a specific test section type (e.g. tests that include prototype test sections, first click test sections, etc.)

  • Variation set: Select individual or multiple variation sets

If you've applied filters and want to clear them, simply click "Clear filters" to start over.

Click the Sort button to sort your results by modified date or test name.

Finding and accessing your archived studies

If a test or project isn't appearing in your dashboard or search results, it's likely been archived. Your search results show active studies by default. To access your archived studies, click Active studies in the search bar at the top of the page, then select Archived studies instead.
