You can test many things with Lyssna, from logos to prototypes and even live websites, but you can't test everything under the sun (yet 😉).
At this time you can't:
Have users download an external file to their device
Have users sign up for an account
Have Lyssna panelists pay for anything
Include a URL to an external site as a part of your instructions or survey questions
Our live website test sections are designed to allow your participants to navigate your page while still tracking and capturing their activity for your study. Including URLs in any other type of test section can lead to participants being timed out of your test for inactivity.
Request that Lyssna panelists provide personally identifiable information (PII) as a part of your test. For our purposes, PII includes but is not limited to:
Name
Email address
Social media account
Phone number
Address
Employer + Job title (when requested together)
Test adult material with our panel of testers, or anything that would be considered Not Safe For Work
